Looking for rich, saucy free recipes?

I've collected my favourite family recipes here for posterity and in time, it will evolve into a family recipe collection book. These recipes are largely Asian in style and generally rich and saucy 'cos that's what we like !!! They're evolved / designed by a Western European for Western European consumption so no claim is made for authenticity (although of course everybody is welcome here).

The quantities given are suitable for a family of 5-7 and should be adjusted accordingly. Just for insurance, I've included some sites showing a selection of other people's exciting recipes. New recipes will be added as I think of them.
